T-1Print exhibited at the 2019 APPA Trade Show. The event took place in Sydney Olympic Park on Wednesday 21 and Thursday 22 of August 2019. The event provided T-1Print with the opportunity to make new connections with both exhibiting suppliers and attendees. Many of Australia’s largest promotional product suppliers exhibited at the show. It was invaluable to be surrounded by the the latest innovations in our industry. T-1Print shared a stand with other garment decorators were we got to experience new apparel decoration techniques. The latest transfer systems offer an extended level of versatility. T-1Print now offers Supacolour transfers for garment decoration which have exceptional print quality and application versatilities. Promotion is an integral part of business development and T-1Print teamed up with Rwadesign to develop and design new marketing collateral in the form of business cards, postcards along with a Continuous Improvement and Sustainability tabloid. The new materials highlight our upcycled factory materials and improvements we are making to our production processes. It was great to receive positive feedback from visitors on our communication and branding efforts. Global T-shirt supplier AS Colour exhibited at the show and went the extra mile by having a live printing demonstration on its stand. Visitors to the AS Colour stand got to flex a bit of muscle and print their own T-Shirts. Printing by hand is a practical way to decorate smaller quantities of garments. At T-1Print we use hand printing carousels only for sampling. For production, our automatic M&R machines deliver unsurpassed print speed and quality. T-1Print can produce 600 printed garments per hour across its four machines. This equates to 2400 prints per hour at full capacity. At the show we provided attendees with a sneak peak into our factory environment with a new 4 minute production video played on an ipad. Visitors got to experience what a large scale printing setup looks like in full production mode. For an insight into our factory setup click here to take a virtual tour.
